The Fixed type / Tilting type steam Jacket Kettle is composed by kettle, bracket, worm wheel, and worm. The kettle can be turned 180 degree. The equipment is used for open concentration, mainly for decocting and concentration of liquids in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical, light industry, etc. The parts of the equipment contacting with materials are made of stainless steel SS304. It has perfect corrosion proof performance, and is highly durable according to cGMP standard. Blender also can be added upon requirement.

• Designed and manufactured according to GB150-98 Steel pressure vessel
• Heat preservation material of the Double jacketed kettle are high temperature resistant and anti-aging polyurethane blister or per cotton.
• Joints are ISO package chuck, inner container are imported stainless SUS304 / 316L, the inner surrface polish
• Double steam jacketed kettle orifice is set with level gauge (Static-pressure type / capacitance / non-contact / Ultra sonic / glass tube ). CIP cleaning mouth inlet, SIP sterilizing mouth inlet, liquid inlet & outlet gate and sanitary inlet
• The double steam jacketed kettle volume ranges from 100L to 30000 L customized available.
• Different mixing tool are available for your choice. If low viscosity product, high speed mixer are recommended; if high viscosity product, high speed mixer with low speed mixer to meet different process.
• The stainless steel jacket kettle can be engineered heating, cooling or vacuum or other process.
